Lutheran Women in Mission: 41st Biennial Convention Report
From June 26–29, 2025, Lutheran Women in Mission joyfully welcomed 3,774 participants to the 41st Biennial LWML Convention in Omaha, Nebraska. Gathering under the inspiring theme, “Growing in God’s Grace” from 2 Peter 3:18, attendees celebrated faith, fellowship, and the ongoing mission of the LWML.
A significant highlight of the convention was the adoption of a new mission grant goal of $2,600,000 for the 2025–2027 biennium. This goal, achieved by God’s grace through prayerful offerings, will fund 33 mission grants that support Gospel outreach and service efforts around the world.
In an inspiring show of unity and generosity, a motion was passed to increase the Mission Grant Goal to $2,622,270 in order to fully fund mission grant #33.
Your Mites at work! As you faithfully give each month, your offerings make these mission grants possible. Thank you for your continued faithfulness in collecting and bringing your Mites—your dedication directly supports the spread of God’s love through missions near and far.
With hearts full of gratitude and a renewed commitment to serve, women and men of the LWML look forward to the next two years of faithfully sharing Christ’s love and Growing in God’s Grace.
