You are welcome to join our FREE English Conversation Group!
When: Saturday mornings 10am – 12 noon (beginning Saturday, September 14)
Where: Cate Center Building #1 in room 174
Who: OU students, visiting scholars and professors, and their family members
All English skills levels welcome
We start with a presentation on a topic related to American or Oklahoma culture. Then we divide into smaller groups for conversation and English practice.
The English Conversation Group is sponsored by the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod University Student Organization at OU (LCMS-U), an outreach of Trinity Lutheran Church (www.tlcnorman.org). Although the class is sponsored by a Christian organization, the class is not a Bible study. People of all religions, backgrounds, and opinions are welcome to attend.
Childcare is available.
(An optional Bible study is offered at 9:15 – before the regular group time – for those who are interested in learning more about the Bible or Christianity.)
